Repaying our parents' kindness and doing good are things that can't wait. If we dedicate ourselves in recycling,we can help protect our environment and genuinely benefit people.

The benefits of doing recycling cover more than for our environment.

The money from selling recyclables collected by our recycling volunteers helps fund Da Ai TV which allows us to see how Tzu Chi's recycling has been done,and how good deeds have beencarried out.

Therefore, I am truly grateful that Da Ai TV has helped and served many people all over the world in a gentle and quiet way.

After watching Da Ai TV programs, many have changed their perspectives and mindsets as well as their family life.

There are too many examples like these to share with you all due to the limited time.

In a word, volunteers,if possible, besides doing recycling to care for our environment,we should also care for our body and mind:adopting a vegetarian diet is the best way to keep ourselves physically and mentally healthy.
